Central Idaho Golf Course Communities
Communities found in this category are centered around golfing facilities ranging from 9-hole courses, through executive 18-hole courses, all the way up to the most challenging and demanding championship courses. Many of these master planned communities also feature such other recreational amenities as tennis courts, fitness centers, swimming complexes, and marinas.
Central Idaho is a generic geographical term roughly analogous with the areas of the U.S. state of Idaho located north of Boise and south of Lewiston. It is dominated by federal lands administered by the United States Forest Service and the Bureau of Land Management.
