The Venue at Lighthouse Station, a Lennar built community, is a brand new community which began construction in 2017. Homes will range in size from 1,428 sq. ft. to 1,936 sq. ft. for single floor living plus a 2 car garage. All homes will have 2-3 bedroom.There will be the option of adding a second floor, screened porch, sunroom, or even a basement.
