Heritage Point is one of the newer adult communities located in Barnegat NJ just off Parkway Exit 67. Construction
began in 2000 and the community is about 90% built. There are 3 models to view and many resales are available. Homes
range in size from 1320 square feet to 2955 square feet. Prices begin around $240,000. The Heritage Point community boasts 2
clubhouses. One has the indoor pool, fitness center etc and the other one has the huge outdoor pool, card rooms,
ballroom, library, etc. Heritage Point is just 30 minutes from Atlantic City and 15 minutes from your blanket on the
ocean beach. The bay is just 5 minutes away with boating, swimming, fishing and crabbing.
