Four Seasons at Metedeconk Lakes, built by K Hovnanian, is located in Jackson and is now all resales with completion of
the community in 2012.There are just under 800 homes in Metedeconk and they range in size from about 1600 sq ft to over 3500 sq ft. Prices range from around $300,000 and up. Many of the upgrades you see in the homes are granite, hardwood floors, central vac systems, sunrooms and so much more. This community was built at the same time as South Knolls with the major difference being Metedeconk had more upgraded features and larger homes.
