Four Seasons at Harbor Bay is one of the newest adult communities in Southern Ocean County and is located in Little Egg Harbor, just off Parkway Exit 58. Construction began in 2007 and thye are still building. Homes range from 1900 square feet to around 3200 square feet. Harbor Bay prices begin around $250,000 and up, depending on the model and upgrades and resales are available too. These elegant homes feature open floor plans and some of the most popular upgrades are sunrooms, basements and hardwood floors. There are almost always "quick delivery homes" also available for those buyers who can't wait to have a home built. The Harbor Bay clubhouse features an in/outdoor pool, billiards, card rooms, aerobics room, exercise room, tennis courts and much more. This community is just 10 minutes from all the shopping in Manahawkin and LBI is just 20 minutes away. Like Atlantic City, well it is under a 1/2 an hour to get there.
