55+ Communities, also called 55 Plus Communities, are active retirement havens for adults, offering varied amenities and housing from golf course homes to serene city living among like-minded neighbors. They typically include pools, Pickleball, Shuffleboard, tennis courts, clubhouses with kitchens, and championship golf courses in gated, resort-like environments.
North Jersey is a name for the northern part of the U.S. State of New Jersey, which is sandwiched between two important cities: New York City (which North Jersey locals refer to as "The City") and Philadelphia (which South Jersey locals refer to as "The City"). Benjamin Franklin described New Jersey as "a barrel tapped at both ends," and things haven't changed much since.
