55+ Communities, also called 55 Plus Communities, are active retirement havens for adults, offering varied amenities and housing from golf course homes to serene city living among like-minded neighbors. They typically include pools, Pickleball, Shuffleboard, tennis courts, clubhouses with kitchens, and championship golf courses in gated, resort-like environments.
Minnesota is the twelfth-largest state by area in the U.S., it is the 21st most populous, with just over five million residents as of 2006. The state is known as the "Land of 10,000 Lakes,"
