Communities found in this category are centered around golfing facilities ranging from 9-hole courses, through executive 18-hole courses, all the way up to the most challenging and demanding championship courses. Many of these master planned communities also feature such other recreational amenities as tennis courts, fitness centers, swimming complexes, and marinas.

For retirees who don't mind a “real” winter, there are plenty of reasons to consider living in Indiana. Cost of living is considerably lower than the rest of the United States.
