55+ Communities, also called 55 Plus Communities, are active retirement havens for adults, offering varied amenities and housing from golf course homes to serene city living among like-minded neighbors. They typically include pools, Pickleball, Shuffleboard, tennis courts, clubhouses with kitchens, and championship golf courses in gated, resort-like environments.

The State of Indiana is located in the Midwestern region of the United States and is referred to as the “Crossroads of America.” With about 6.3 million residents, it is ranked 15th in population and 17th in population density.

Indiana is a diverse state with a few large urban areas and a number of smaller industrial cities.
