Greenbriar Woodlands, located in Toms River, New Jersey lives up to its name, woodlands, in that there are trees in and
surrounding the community. It is a gated community that includes an executive 18 hole golf course.
In Greenbriar Woodlands, there are just over 1200 homes and about a dozen models and the homes were built between 1989 and 1997. They feature two to three bedroom homes, one or two-car garages and some homes upgrades are fireplaces, enclosed sunrooms, and lofts. Most of the lots are private to a wooded buffer or a golf course view.
There is so much to do at the clubhouse, which resembles a lodge in the mountains, with activities such as a fitness center, tennis, bocce, shuffleboard, outdoor pool(which stays open past Labor Day) and walking trails. Activities include many, many clubs, a travel agent right on premises to help you book your next adventure, card rooms, billiards and so much more.
Greenbriar Woodlands is easy to get to just a few miles off Parkway Exit 88. Malls, doctors, and hospitals are just a few minutes away and the jersey shore beaches are between 15 - 30 minutes, depending on if you like the solitude of Island Beach State Park or the boardwalk at Point Pleasant.
