At The Palms of Mt. Pleasant, we take the hassle out of everyday life for our residents in Independent Living. We look after the maintenance, the yard work and in some cases the driving; all included in your affordable monthly rent. For our Independent Living residents, we offer a variety of cultural, recreational and social programs to stimulate the mind, body and soul.

In Assisted Living, we provide care for those who require assistance with the Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as eating, bathing, dressing, laundry and housekeeping as well as medication management. Upon admission, we create a care plan for each individual resident. Our care plan details the personalized services required by the resident and updates regularly to assure that the resident receives the appropriate level of care.

For residents with Alzheimer's and other dementias, we are proud to offer a complete memory care program in a safe, secure environment located in our Savannah Grace building on The Palms campus. Seasons, our memory care neighborhood, has its own kitchen, dining area, sunroom, living room and enclosed courtyard. Resident evaluations allow us to tailor specialized care to meet each individual residents' needs, including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as eating, bathing, dressing, laundry and housekeeping as well as medication management. We offer a variety of daily activities to keep our residents active and fulfilled. Memory boxes are located at the entrance of each studio, where your loved one (with family and staff assistance) can put photos, family treasures and share their life story, reminding them of their past. With our specially trained, loving caregivers available to provide care for your loved one 24 hours per day, Seasons at The Palms of Mt. Pleasant is a wonderful place to call home!
