Residents of Pacific Pointe can choose either studio or one bedroom apartments. No long term buy-in is required and all community amenities and utilities are included in the month-to-month rent. Amenities include 3 delicious, chef-prepared meals each day served in our gracious dining room, scheduled transportation, housekeeping and maintenance service, and on-site postal service.
