Our common areas â including our lovely dining room, living room and library â give residents and their loved ones the opportunity to get to know one another. We also offer a wide range of activities each month, including exercise classes and off-site excursions. Emeritus at Spicewood Springs is conveniently located in a residential area near Barrow Preserve, Seton Medical Center Austin and an on-site skilled nursing rehabilitation facility.
