Located close to Ohio State Route 7 just over the border from Pennsylvania, our community offers 89 apartments on one floor for easy access. Here residents enjoy retirement living. Yet should you need a helping hand from our warm and caring staff, we also offer complete assisted living services, tailor-made to your needs.
Our common areas â including our lovely dining room, TV room, and library and activities centerâ give residents and their loved ones the opportunity to get to know one another. We also offer a wide range of activities each month to bring staff and residents together, including trips to the Amish Country. Emeritus at Marietta is located in a rural area, near the Ohio River and the Little Muskingum River. Yet it is conveniently located near a Wal-Mart, Lowes, Exxon, Peopleâs Bank and the Loose Ties Restaurant. Our community is also close to Marietta Memorial, Selby General, St. Joseph, Camden Clark Memorial and a nursing home rehabilitation facility if ever needed.
