Discovery Point is a fun and delicious independent senior living community in East Mesa. The fabulous Discovery Point lifestyle is available to seniors, age 62 or better, who income qualify. Apartments are leased unfurnished for a very low monthly rate, with no buy-ins or association fees. Prospective residents must have an annual income of $27,660 or less for an individual and $31,620 or less for a couple. Qualifying for an apartment requires third-party verification of income and assets; the two are calculated together with a special formula to determine eligibility. The residents and employees at Discovery Point share a spirit of companionship that creates a true sense of community. The community is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week and each apartment is equipped with an emergency response system.

A second-level card and game room features an expanse of windows that overlooks the spacious dining room. Weekly housekeeping with flat linen service, transportation services and two delicious meals daily round out a complete and comfortable lifestyle.
