Steph, originally from Asheville, North Carolina, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from North Carolina State University and a Master’s in Communications at the University of Tennessee, graduating summa cum laude.  Her academic focus was on strategic and digital communications. Her role as the Marketing Manager of The Retirement Net and Open Leads has given her the opportunity to showcase her commitment to strategic communication. 

 Previously, Steph gained practical experience through an internship at a state-based think tank and further honed her skills during a practicum at The John Locke Foundation, where she served as a communications intern. 

• Orchestrates and oversees the execution of comprehensive marketing plans for The Open Companies and Retirenet.com, as well as their affiliated partner clients.
• Formulating and executing social media strategies for multiple partner clients, resulting in a notable upswing of up to 90% in return on investment (ROI) and lead generation.
• Manages the development and meticulous research of a strategic communications blueprint for The Open Companies, strategically engineered to augment engagement with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Assumes responsibility for the approval and management of campaign budgets, ensuring fiscal efficiency and adherence to financial objectives.
• Demonstrates proficiency in composing and editing copy across various facets of web content, maintaining a consistent and compelling online presence.
• Provides oversight and contributed to the design process of graphics for marketing projects, ensuring visual assets aligned seamlessly with campaign objectives and brand standards.
