Gold Tree has a very active social life centering on the 15,000 sq. ft. clubhouse with Olympic-size heated pool with separate spa facing the lake. Three tennis courts, 12 shuffleboard courts & 2 horseshoe pits complete the recreation area. The large clubhouse insures that dinner/dance events with a live band give everyone room to dance. Residents enjoy playing cards, weekly Bingo, golf, tennis, Saturday morning coffee, playing pool in the billiards room, and planned monthly social events.

Gold Tree's monthly maintenance fee includes 99 channels of cable TV, complete lawn maintenance, garbage pick-up twice weekly, and all water and sewer.
