Heritage Bay - Overview
Heritage Bay is a small adult community located in Barnegat New Jersey just off Parkway Exit 67. The community was built in the 1990's with about 300 homes constructed. Homes range in size from 1149 square feet to 1756 square feet. Heritage Bay prices range from around $170,000 to just about $220,000. The clubhouse, named "Lighthouse", has a recreational room, kitchen, exercise room, billiards and an outdoor pool. This resale community is close to shopping, 30 minutes from Atlantic City and 15 minutes to your blanket on the beach. Barnegat has a public beach as well as a boat ramp and dock, where you will find many residents fishing and crabbing.
