River Terrace Estates is a continuing-care retirement community in Bluffton, offering maintenance-free independent living and priority access to assisted living, skilled nursing, senior rehabilitation and memory care provided by dedicated professionals. Our campus is situated on 60 scenic, wooded acres in a beautiful setting, just minutes from the Timber Ridge Golf Club and steps away from native wooded trails and all the biking, trail walking and recreational opportunities on the Wabash River Greenway. This stunning acreage was graciously donated more than a decade ago by the late Dr. Charles Caylor and Mr. Ware Baker for the purpose of creating a not-for-profit retirement community for Bluffton and the areas surrounding Wells County. With our opening in 2003, their vision became a reality.
