Ware Presbyterian Village is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) for those over the age of 62 offering independent living, personal care and skilled nursing and rehabilitation. We are located in the heart of the historic village of Oxford, in southeastern Pennsylvaniaâs Brandywine Valley, close to Lancaster County and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Wilmington, Delaware; and Baltimore, Maryland. Ware residents enjoy a variety of cultural events, including concerts, theater, museums and local winery tours.
Ware Presbyterian Village offers one-bedroom and two-bedroom villas, with amenities that are typically costly upgrades elsewhere, including roomy garages, crown molding, large kitchens with pantries, living rooms accented with cathedral ceilings, fireplaces and more. In addition, we offer 52 personal care apartments and suites, as well as 137 skilled nursing and rehabilitation accommodations.
