Cost per Application: $50. 00
Age Requirement: 55 +
Credit Score: 650 or above
Background: No felonies, violent misdemeanor offences or tax liens
Total Occupants Per Home: 2 (each person must qualify and be approved)
Total Monthly Income: Income & Credit Qualifications Apply – call for more info
Debt Service: Housing, utilities and auto must not exceed 50% of gross income.
Will need you to provide the following documents:
Proof or age (photo ID) and proof of income for each applicant.
Keep in mind that one dog 25 lbs. or under may only dwell in units on the east side of 4th St. (All odd numbered homes in the 400’s).

Community Center The Regency Club is designed for large or small entertaining for all the residents of Regency Heights Co-Op. A large screen TV is located in the Club for the use of the residents. Movies and, of course, the Super Bowl are shown on the big screen. There are dances throughout the year and every week there is a coffee hour. Cards are played during the week as well as the popular Bingo.

Learning/Business Center The office would be happy to help you with faxing and making a few copies.

Planned Activities The inside and outside directors plan activities for both summer and winter activities. The winter schedule is very busy with daily activities, but during the summer the Club is still busy.

Fitness Center There is a fitness center just across the street at Countryside Mall. During the winter you can join exercise classes held at the clubhouse.

Pools/Spas The pool is suited for up to 17 persons. It is heated all year for the comfort of all the residents and guests.
