Cedar Cove is a 55+ community, owned and managed by the Warrington family, located just south of U.S. 41 (also known as Tamiami Trail) about 3 miles from the gorgeous white sandy beaches of Siesta Key and the beautiful blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico! In addition, you'll find major medical facilities, various shopping venues, and a variety of restaurants all located within about a 4 mile radius! Many residents have told their family members and friends what they love about Cedar Cove and they, too, have joined the Cedar Cove family! Please note - application is required prior to purchasing, renting, and residing in our community (credit history, criminal, references, etc.); application fee is $25 per person, nonrefundable; sorry - no dogs are allowed. Occasionally, a few residents rent their homes out. Propspective renters must qualify for age and must apply as noted above and be approved prior to occupancy. The minimun length of a rental is one month - shorter rentals are not allowed. Our 2012 lot rent is $404 per month and includes garbage, recycling, and yard waste pickup; grass cutting year round; weedeating and edging 3 times per year; fire, stormwater & ambulance assessment; chaplain available; heated pool, shuffleboard, community centre with flat screen tv, Wii, small library and a business centre with new Dell computer & printer and free WiFi.
