On the location of the former Eaker Air Force Base, in the Mississippi River Delta, is a wonderful retirement community with a carefree neighborhood atmosphere, great people to spend time with, and numerous activities to participate in.
All homes are three and four bedroom floor plans, which are available for rent from $520 per month.
All Westminster Village units have refrigerator,gas range and garbage disposals, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, washer and dryer hookups, outside storage and cable television.
Up-graded and deluxe units include dishwashers and ceiling fans. Westminster Village offers planned activities, a conveniently located municipal golf course, parks, the Village Cafe, The Village Salon and more. Please call at your earliest convenience to inquire about more information or to schedule a tour.
We have two fully furnished guest house units, that are available at no charge, if you need to travel and spend the night.
