The Orchard is beautifully set among abundant trees and vineyards. Each spacious home site has a yard with trees, bushes and a lush green front lawn. Many of our houses have two-car attached garages. We also have ample guest parking throughout the community and an RV storage area. In addition, our residents enjoy fantastic amenities: a clubhouse with fully equipped kitchen is available for reservation; a swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna provide relaxation; and for entertainment, residents enjoy the pool table, card room and library. Fruit trees—everything from apple, plum, apricot, pear, figs, and peach—flourish throughout our gorgeous community.
Located in the heart of beautiful wine country, Santa Rosa is approximately 55 miles north of San Francisco. Just off Highway 101, we’re a short drive to the beautiful beaches along the Sonoma Coast. A small shopping center and pharmacy are conveniently located across the street, but residents can also catch the city bus in front of The Orchard and travel to many shops and services, such as Coddington Center and the downtown areas of Santa Rosa. This is a friendly, beautiful city that offers pampering spas, diverse dining, great golf, lovely hiking and biking trails, and all kinds of art and entertainment.
