AMENITIES

Community Center The Regency Club is designed for large or small entertaining for all the residents of Regency Heights Co-Op.
A large screen TV is located in the Club for the use of the residents. Movies and of course the Super Bowl are shown on the big screen.
There are dances during the winter and every week there is a coffee hour. Cards are played during the week as well as the popular Bingo.

Planned Activities The inside and outside directors plan both summer and winter for activities. Of course the winter schedule is very busy but during the summer the Club is still busy.

Fitness Center The Community does not have a fitness center but just across the street there are several gyms. During the winter there are excerise classes to join

Pools/Spas The pool is suited for up to 17 persons. It is heated and remains at about 84 all year for the comfort of all the residents and guests.

Public Transit There is a bus service to the airport that comes many times into the Community. (When called) The Pinellas bus has a stop just across the street at the Mall.

Nearby Attractions There are many attractions located within an hour from the Community and across the street is the Countyside Mall. Next door is the Kohls department store.

Other Monthly Maintenance Fee of 485.00 includes: water, sewer, trash, lawn cutting and common ground maintenance. Share holders maintenance is 330.00. There is an extra 10.00 a month due for dogs on pet row and corner lots.

Clubhouse Our clubhouse holds lots of activities.
For example, we have dances, holiday dinners, pancake breakfast, community meetings, bingo, card night, billiards, library and cookouts.
