Our beautiful 668-acre campus, located just 14 miles from the California/Oregon border, offers spacious apartments and cottages in a variety of floor plans, so you can choose the style that suits your particular taste. Skyline Plaza offers sophisticated apartment living at its best, while the Village Cottages are invitingly nestled throughout park-like grounds. If you enjoy being in the hub of things, you might choose an apartment in the main Manor building, or if you're so inclined, you might select the Quail Point Fairway Cottages, situated along our own 9-hole golf course.
The Manor offers a comprehensive array of services designed to free up your day, so you have more time to spend doing all the things you love to do. You`ll enjoy the convenience of weekly housekeeping, flat linen service, 24-hour security, scheduled transportation, and yard maintenance. We also offer a wealth of the finest amenities including a computer learning center, in-house TV studio, photo lab, wood shop, craft center, clothing boutique, beauty/barber shop, pharmacy, travel agency, and two banks.
Because the Manor is a CCRC, all of our services and amenities are geared toward enhancing your health and wellness. Not only will you find two Fitness Centers with equipment specially designed for seniors, private trainers available to create customized workouts, and a large indoor pool where you can swim laps, play water volleyball, or take aqua-aerobics classes--you`ll also find our on-site Manor Clinic with its own staff physician and geriatric nurse practitioner. Having our own medical staff on campus makes the Manor one of the few CCRCs on the West Coast to offer this service.
But what really makes the Rogue Valley Manor stand out is the quality of its continuing care program. Our residents enjoy great peace of mind in knowing that should the need arise, health care is available right here on campus. Our Residential Living program offers assistance with the activities of daily living, our Health Care Center offers skilled nursing care in a homelike environment, and our Special Care Center offers compassionate care for residents with memory loss.
The Manor is fully accredited by the Continuing Care Accreditation Commission, and has long been recognized as one of the premier CCRCs in the nation. The National Association of Home Builders has honored the Manor twice with awards for The Best of Seniors` Housing Design. Golf The Manor campus also features Quail Point Golf Course, an impeccably groomed nine-hole course covering more than 75 acres.
A short distance to the east of the Rogue Valley Manor campus is the new Centennial Golf Club, an 18-hole championship golf course by well-known course designer John Fought, a native Oregonian and two-time winner of the PGA Tour. This scenic par-72, 7,350-yard course will have five tee settings to suit any player, plus a clubhouse and driving range.
