Overview

Thirty-two miles of sugar-white beaches define Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, offering endless opportunities for sailing, surfing, saltwater angling or simply lounging surf side. Located amid this sub-tropical splendor is the Peninsula, a gated community where half the property is set aside as a nature preserve. Most of the neighborhoods front either the golf courses or preserve, opening the homes to outstanding views of the courses, while enveloping the community in the wooded privacy of live oaks and cypress trees. Cooper Homes has been selected as one of the Peninsula's preferred builders. The company will initially build homes in The Boulevard, the community's newest neighborhood.
