One monthly fee provides you with numerous services, amenities and our LifeCare™ package. One of the most important aspects of living at North Oaks is our LifeCare package which provides peace of mind about the future. You no longer have to worry about where you'll turn should you or your spouse ever need recuperative or long-term care. And no more worries about how you'll pay for it. Our LifeCare plan gives you easy access to on-site assisted living and comprehensive care at Autumn Ridge Health Center at North Oaks, should the need arise. You'll receive these services at a significant savings because a substantial portion of the cost is already included in your financial package. In addition, our entrance fee is up to 90% refundable.
