Sun City Roseville is a 1200 acre community of active adults who live in 3110 single story ranch style homes, ranging from 878 to 2681 square feet. The common areas have lovely oak trees, winding creeks, and many excellent amenities. All homes are single story and many have fireplaces. Sun City Roseville offers two stunning golf courses, a 9-hole and an 18-hole, accommodating the expert as well as the beginner. The Timber Creek Lodge has more than 50,000 square feet of indoor space offering endless activities, from social clubs to exercise facilities, including a fitness center with indoor and outdoor pools. Sun City residents even have their own website and monthly magazine. Sun City Roseville is centrally located between San Francisco and Lake Tahoe, just north of Sacramento at the foothills of the Sierra Mountains, with easy access to the Sacramento Airport and Interstates 80 and 65. The city of Roseville is located in South Placer County and the homes are served by Roseville Utilities and Roseville Telephone Company. Roseville is in close proximity to several local and regional hospitals and health maintenance organizations within the greater Sacramento area, including Sutter Roseville Medical Center and Kaiser-Permanente, also in Roseville. Roseville is the place to live if you enjoy friendly people, newer neighborhoods and amenities, and moderate climate with sunny days and mild winters.
