Loon® Mountain, rated as the number one ski area in New Hampshire and the most accessible in New England by readers of SKI Magazine, is expanding with 4 new lifts and 10 new trails. This planned expansion, scheduled to open in December 2007, will feature over 45 acres of additional skiing and snowboarding. At the base of this expansion is South Peak Resort SM, a new four-season, slopeside resort community comprised of custom homesites, riverside condominiums, and slopeside condominiums. The community will feature The South Peak Club, with its indoor and outdoor pools, dining facility, owners club, fitness center, massage studio, and theater room, along with hiking and biking trails, an integrated ski lift and trail network, ice skating rink, horseback riding and more.
