Senior Living is more than maintenance free...As a resident of Mirasol you will have access to the Mirasol Event Center offering resort style living with services, events, morning coffee and pastries, exercise classes, group activities, trips and much more. As a homeowner at Mirasol we want you to enjoy a stress free life, a life of maintenance free living. Where all of your exterior maintenance, lawn care, watering, weeding, and snow removal will be done for you. Leaving you with time to enjoy the grounds, walking paths, social events, friends and amenities galore!
We offer many living choices to folks that wish to own their own home in the Mirasol Community. There are 4 floor-plans to choose from. The smallest model is the Alamosa at 1010 sq. ft., next the Pagosa at 1322 sq. ft., then the Cimarron at 1450 sq. ft. and the Rio Rancho our largest model at 1677 sq. ft. Both the Cimarron and Rio Rancho can be purchased as a single family home or a paired home.
Each home is a ranch style 2 bedroom, 2 bath model with a two car garage. The homes all include a no-step design for easy access and can be fully converted to meet any accessibility needs. The Rio Rancho has a den as standard, but can be optioned as a bedroom. Both the Cimarron and Rio Rancho homes have 2 different exterior elevations to choose from. The exteriors are all stone and stucco with a beautiful southwest charm. The interiors are impeccably finished with many lovely features.
