All of our homes are set in-ground, and many of our lots are terraced and have outstanding views of the gorgeous Green Valley. Our friendly staff is dedicated to maintaining a clean, comfortable community. We have a terrific clubhouse with a large community kitchen, a swimming pool and hot tub, tennis courts, a putting green, a billiard room, a lovely library, and many other terrific offerings.
Henderson has been ranked the third best city to retire to in the United States. The city prides itself for its outstanding parks, jogging trails and cultural centers. There are many golf clubs, shops and fine restaurants to enjoy. If you’re in the mood for gaming glitz and glamour, we are less than 10 miles from the famous Las Vegas strip.
