Science City is a beautiful age-qualified community in Midland County. We are a well-maintained and quiet community with on-site maintenance and management staff. Our community has fantastic amenities for our residents' enjoyment, such as the clubhouse, where friends and neighbors gather for community activities. Other fine amenities include an exercise room, shuffleboard, a horseshoe pit, a picnic area, and convenient RV storage. We welcome you to visit with us and explore our unique neighborhood setting.
