Our beautiful 55+ community is filled with friendly folks who take pride in their homes and care about their neighbors. Many of Maple Valley’s two- to three-bedroom homes have garages and have attractive landscaping. The community’s common grounds are also beautifully planted and maintained. Maple Valley has received several “Manufactured Home Community of the Year” awards. Stop in and visit with us—we’re sure you’ll be pleased with what you see.
We are within easy walking distance of downtown Manteno, which has everything you need—a grocery store, library, dry cleaners, post office, health club, gas stations, banks, and several restaurants. We are approximately seven miles north of Bradley, Bourbonnais, and Kankakee—all of which offer large grocery stores, movie theatres, an enclosed shopping mall, and many fine restaurants. If you’re craving the big city, we’re just 50 miles south of Chicago, and the Metra Train, which takes you right there, is just minutes from Maple Valley. We hope you’ll join us!
