Once you decide to make the Plaza your new home, you'll have the opportunity to customize your Independent Living apartment with your choice of carpeting, paint color, vinyl flooring, and a number of custom upgrades. Standard features in each apartment include a kitchenette with a refrigerator, stove, oven, optional microwave, sink, and cabinets. Your beautiful apartment will also include individually controlled heat and air conditioning, an emergency call system, a smoke alarm, fire sprinklers, and telephone hookups. Most apartments offer large balcony patios with fabulous views.

Holladay Park Plaza has just gone through a major renovation, which included remodeling all common areas. Now, the Dining Room, Lobby, Lounge, and Club Room, all sport an updated look that is as comfortable as it is elegant. Rich wood accents and a color palette borrowed from nature blend into a contemporary yet classic Northwest style. The Penthouse was also completely remodeled in the same style and now provides a gorgeous venue to relax in while enjoying panoramic views.

As a resident, you'll enjoy the convenience of regular housekeeping and linen services, as well as our Gift Shop, Bank, Library, Travel Agency, Hair Salon, and more. You`ll keep yourself feeling fit by using our Fitness Center, Indoor Pool, and Rooftop Walking Deck. In addition, our Wellness Director designs exercise, walking, and aquatics programs that will help you stay as healthy and independent as possible. But most of all, when you live at the Plaza, you'll enjoy the peace of mind that only comes from living in a CCRC.
