Lakeshore Landings is a beautiful, gated, well-established community. Residents of this 310-space park take pride in their homes and well-kept lots, and are proud to show off their community with its quiet cul-de-sacs, artfully landscaped public areas, and immaculate grounds.Our location is just minutes from the Disney attractions, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and the Citrus Bowl. Shopping is just around the corner, and we have some of the finest hospitals in the country just minutes away. This is definitely the place to be if you are looking for an active lifestyle. Our amenities include two clubhouses, a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, horseshoes, fishing pier, boat dock, and laundry facilities.

AMENITIES

Community Center LakeShore Landings has two Clubhouses equipped with a commercial kitchen, billiard room, dining area, a stage, great room with TV, card room, library and computer room and a laundry.

Planned Activities Our activities are many which include dances, plays, bingo, park dinners, potlucks, cards, trips, karoke, fish frys, breakfasts, bible study,exercise class,variety shows and much more.

Pools/Spas We have a solar heated pool which is located on the lake front.

Water/ Marina/ Boating We are located on Lake Catherine. There is also a canal that runs through the community. A fishing pier, boat ramp and boat dock is available to all residents at no charge.

Fishing A fishing pier is available to all residents. Residents fish both from the pier and from boats. Lake Catherine is a deep lake with a lot of great fishing opportunities.

Gated Entry Our community is gated with an attendant on duty from 8 am to 4 pm every day of the week. Admission after attendant hours is obtained by an automatic opener or a gate code. Visitors use a phone system.

RV Storage Our RV storage is fenced and lighted.There is no charge.

Lots There are 310 spaces in LakeShore Landings.

Public Transit Lynx, our local bus system, picks up at the entrance to our community.

Nearby Attractions We are just minutes away from Universal Studios, Sea World and the Disney attractions. The new Millennium Mall is just a mile away.
