Overview
The good times are on a grand scale at Bella Vista Village in the Ozark Mountains of northwest Arkansas. Members enjoy a magnificent expanse of woods, nature trails and lakes extending over 36,000 private acres. More than a quarter of this acreage is set aside as green space. Every homesite adjoins these common areas, giving the community a living-in-the-country ambiance.

Community Center Gather with friends at four centers offering indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, weight/exercise rooms, racquetball, basketball, volleyball, miniature golf, billiards and more.
Restaurants/Food Service Meet friends for golf, drinks, dinner or an impromptu bridge game in our clubhouses and country clubs. Dining is available in four locations and seven golf pro shops provide all the gear to keep your game in top form.

Outdoor Activities Shooting enthusiasts enjoy covered shooting stations for target practice and skeet shooting. An active gun club meets regularly for competitive events.
Golf With eight courses spread over 126 holes, you’ll find plenty of variety to challenge your game. Courses run the gamut from par 3 executive designs to a links layout inspired by the historic courses of the British Isles.
Tennis Play on 12 lighted courts in three locations. The Bella Vista Tennis Association sponsors tournaments, clinics and social events.
Water/ Marina/ Boating Eight sparkling clear lakes are ideal for fishing, boating and swimming. Boat rental and tackle are available at a full-service marina on Loch Lomond, the largest of our lakes.
Fishing Fishing is excellent on the Village’s eight lakes as well as on nearby Beaver Lake. Many area streams offer outstanding small mouth bass fishing and anglers may fish for trout in the nearby White River below the Beaver Lake Dam.
RV Storage A 64-pad RV park is available within the Village. POA members may use a security-fenced RV storage area.
Scenic Views Two paved trails take in the best of the Village, winding along mountain streams and around a lake. One trail offers an interpretive tour complete with historical markers and signs identifying local flora and fauna.
Public Transit Local van service is available by appointment as well as taxis.
Nearby Attractions From hiking mountain trails to fly fishing and canoeing on crystal clear streams and rivers, this area offers a wealth of activities for the great outdoors. Eureka Springs’ Victorian architecture, fabulous restaurants and interesting shops make this one of Arkansas’ top destinations. Fayetteville, home to the University of Arkansas, offers cultural events, big time college sports and a great live music scene. The area is rich in Civil War history through the Prairie Grove Battlefield State Park and Pea Ridge National Military Park.
Other Take classes for fun or credit at three institutions located either in the Village or within 30 miles. College at the Crossings, a satellite campus of the Northwest Arkansas Community College, is celebrating its second year in the heart of Bella Vista Village.
