Overview
Apache East Estates is an age-qualified community set near the Superstition Mountain wilderness area. Our beautiful gated community boasts many amenities, such as a gorgeous clubhouse with banquet facilities, a library, and a billiard room. We also have an outdoor heated swimming pool and spa that are open 24 hours a day. Apache East is beautifully landscaped with desert flora. Our professionally maintained common grounds feature a shuffleboard area that is used for tournaments during the winter months. In March we have our "Senior Olympics," which includes a parade, many fun games and a dinner with entertainment. Apache East is just 35 miles east of Phoenix, and 10 miles to Mesa, where shopping malls and diverse restaurants abound. The expressway is just seconds away, providing convenient access to hospitals, churches, theatres, golf courses, and more. We are close to three of the largest lakes in Arizona, where you can enjoy bird-watching, camping, fishing, and hiking. Apache Junction, home of the legendary Superstition Mountains and the gateway to a wonderful outdoor recreational area, is a small, friendly town that has a terrific dinner theatre, wonderful restaurants, a senior center, and much more.
