Jensen’s Cherrywood community is conveniently located on Route 5 (Seneca Turnpike) about two miles west of the Village of New Hartford. We are well into our second phase with more phases planned. When Cherrywood is completed there will be 285 affordable, manufactured homes on the picturesque 115 acres. Cherrywood is convenient to great shopping opportunities, golf courses, entertainment, and medical facilities.
